- Payment is due at time of service, via cheque, cash, or e-transfer.
Insurance / Direct Billing
- My services are covered by most insurance plans; however, clients are urged to contact their insurer, inform them that I am registered as a master’s-level clinical social worker (MSW, RCSW), and confirm their coverage and limits before their first appointment.
- Direct billing is available for select insurance providers.
- Clients are responsible for paying any remaining balance not covered by their insurer.
- A detailed receipt will be provided after each session for insurance and tax purposes.
Cancellation and Missed Appointments
- Clients who need to reschedule or cancel an appointment must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients who cancel late or miss an appointment will be charged a half-session fee.
Reduced-Rate and Sliding Scale Options
- A limited number of reduced-rate sessions may be available to clients depending upon their financial circumstances.
